Role Summary

We are hiring a Group Automation Architect to design and implement a single automation backbone for all our business verticals (Legal Recovery, HR, Finance, Field Ops, Digital Platforms, Media, etc.).

This role converts SOPs, approval rules, KPIs, and controls into rule-based automation using Google tools.

This is not a website or MERN role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design group-level automation using Google Forms, Sheets, and Apps Script
• Build approval workflows, KPI engines, alerts, and audit logs
• Implement rule-based decisions (no proof → no payout, no revenue → no salary)
• Create reusable automation modules for multiple verticals
• Prevent data manipulation and system gaming
• Guide junior developers building Forms and Sheets

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Apps Script
• Deep working knowledge of Google Forms & Google Sheets
• Experience building internal automation / ERP / workflow systems
• Ability to understand business processes and SOPs, not just code

Not Suitable If

• You are only a website / MERN / frontend developer
• You have no real Apps Script automation experience
• You are planning to “learn Google automation on the job”

Experience

• 3–8 years preferred
• Prior work on internal tools, dashboards, approval systems, or automations

Location

• Jaipur or Remote (India)
• Initial daily coordination required

Engagement

• Full-time or Contract (initial 30–60 days)
