We’re building Hitea , a premium instant green tea brand under Lohia Foods & Beverages .
We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to scale profitable revenue using Google Ads and Meta Ads — not just drive traffic.
This is a fractional, execution-first role for someone who has actually scaled D2C brands , not just managed dashboards.
What you’ll own (next 180 days):
✅ Google Search, Performance Max & YouTube Ads
✅ Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook)
✅ Funnel strategy: awareness → conversion → retargeting
✅ ROAS, CAC & contribution margin ownership
✅ Creative testing framework (hooks, formats, angles)
What you’ll work on
• Account & funnel audit (Google + Meta)
• Keyword & intent-based Search strategy
• Meta creative & audience testing roadmap
• Scaling logic: when to push, pause, or pivot
• Landing page & conversion optimization inputs
• Weekly reporting & founder reviews
Ideal background
• 5–10+ years in performance marketing
• Scaled ₹50L–₹1Cr+ monthly ad spends profitably
• Strong D2C / FMCG / Beverage / Wellness experience
• Knows unit economics , not vanity metrics
• Operator mindset — not an agency pitch role
