Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist / Performance Marketer who can plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Remarketing)
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Write high-converting ad copies and optimize campaign performance
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily (bids, budgets, targeting, and placements)
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Improve campaign metrics such as Quality Score, CTR, conversions, and ROI
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve marketing goals
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and algorithm updates
• Work closely with marketing and design teams for campaign creatives and strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping campaigns)
• Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
• Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month
