Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Google Ads Specialist (Real Estate) based in Kalyan Dombivli, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The position involves setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns in the real estate sector to achieve lead generation and conversion goals. The specialist will perform keyword research, develop ad strategies, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align advertising efforts with business objectives is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property
• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to drive client engagement and conversions
• Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service
• Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics
• Familiarity with Google Ads platforms and tools such as Google Analytics
• Ability to create compelling ad copy and perform keyword analysis to optimize campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate sector or a strong understanding of related advertising practices is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
