We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Google Ads Account & Performance Analyst to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring Google Ads accounts, analyzing campaign performance, and providing data-driven insights to support campaign optimization and advertising efficiency.
The ideal candidate has experience working with paid search campaigns and possesses strong analytical skills. You will play an important role in evaluating campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and helping ensure that advertising strategies deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze performance across multiple Google Ads accounts and campaigns.
Track key performance indicators including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve campaign outcomes.
Support campaign optimization by analyzing keyword performance, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Evaluate campaign data to improve account structure and advertising efficiency.
Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for marketing teams.

Collaborate with marketing and campaign management teams to support data-driven decision-making. Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with Google Ads campaigns or paid search advertising.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret digital marketing data.
Experience analyzing advertising metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and campaign reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and analyze multiple advertising accounts or campaigns. Preferred Qualifications
Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
Background in performance marketing, digital advertising analytics, or paid media optimization.
