Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager of Human Resources (GM HR) based in Ahmedabad. The GM HR will oversee HR management operations, including drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and spearheading human resource development initiatives. The role involves developing strategies for talent acquisition, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while addressing the workforce's needs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) management, including talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Experience in crafting and implementing HR Policies and maintaining compliance with labor laws
• Strong skills in Human Resource Development and designing employee growth programs
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering organizational culture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address complex HR challenges effectively
• Prior experience in the agriculture or a related industry is considered a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
