    The Role

    As Talent Acquisition Specialist with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

    The Global Talent Acquisition Operations Partner will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the operational facets of our Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role will work closely with Regional TA Directors, TA Delivery teams, and global stakeholders to support and deliver key initiatives. This includes overseeing technology platforms, processes, training programs, vendor relationships, risk and compliance, privacy, and data integrity. The individual in this role will ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of recruitment technologies and processes, while driving operational efficiency and ensuring global consistency and compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition Technology & Systems Management:
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify, optimize, and streamline the use of talent acquisition technology platforms (ATS, CRM, AI tools, job boards, staffing agencies, background check vendors, etc.) to gather insights and drive global and regional improvements in our TA tech stack and recruitment processes.
  • Process Management & Continuous Improvement:
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop, document, and refine regional talent acquisition processes ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with global recruitment standards and practices.
  • Develop continuous improvement recommendations using data insights, stakeholder feedback, and market best practices, to inform work and prioritization of improvement initiatives, applying modern and lean design principles.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to lead and support initiatives focused on continuous process improvements aimed at enhancing overall end-user experience, with a concentrated focus on candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruiter productivity.
  • Project Management: Implementations & Enhancements:
  • Support global projects and initiatives projects, in alignment with the Regional TA Director and Regional TA Delivery team to support the design, implementation, and optimization of new systems, tools, and processes that increase efficiency within the talent acquisition function. Manage and deliver system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to minimize disruptions and ensure high adoption rates, while measuring.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management:
  • Support vendor relationships with external recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, job boards, and other third-party suppliers, with input from Regional TA Delivery to inform desired outcomes and organizational priorities.
  • Investigate and resolve TA vendor-related inquiries and disputes.
  • Privacy, Compliance, & Risk Management:
  • Support initiatives to assess, measure, manage, and mitigate risks associated with hiring processes, technologies, and vendor partnerships. Partner with key stakeholders to lead and support process and performance audits to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, adoption, and utilization of TA processes and technology.
  • Training & Development:
  • Provide ongoing training related to technology, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
  • Issue Resolution & Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues related to talent acquisition operations, such as system errors, vendor disputes, and/or process inefficiencies.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Regional TA Delivery teams to address operational challenges and provide timely, effective solutions to TA Operations, Digital, and Process Teams.

  • About You

    To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience successfully leading process assessments, audits, and continuous improvement efforts in Talent Acquisition.
  • A minimum of 2 years; experience supporting or leading the design and implementation of AI systems and tools, driving process optimization and adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of global compliance regulations, data privacy laws, and risk management practices within the recruitment space.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and/or third-party service agreements.
  • Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills to derive insights from data and convert them into recommendations for improvement.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvements, technology upgrades, and training initiatives.
  • Experience designing and/or implementing Eightfold.
  • Experience with ATS system design and management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Prior experience in recruitment.
