ENABL3 is a fast-growing consultancy at the forefront of digitizing pharmaceutical manufacturing through innovative shop-floor solutions. As we continue to scale and expand, we are currently managing approximately 20 key global projects. To maintain our growth trajectory, we are looking for a seasoned consultant to oversee and assess these projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular health checks and assess the progress of global projects.
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide strategic insights to ensure that projects are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Generate comprehensive reports on project status, health, and risks.
• Support executive decision-making in coordination with senior leadership.

Qualifications, Background, and Expertise

• 3 - 7 years of experience in Project Management, Project Assurance, or Risk Assessment, preferably in major global consulting firms.
• Strong expertise in project risk analysis, health checks, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience in digital transformation or pharma manufacturing is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages, particularly German, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across different time zones with international teams.
