Nomura is hiring for the role of Global Markets Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Working in close tandem with global structuring desk facing aggressive deadlines for index development and maintenance
• Working as a fully integrated member of the global markets quant strategies team, supporting senior team members in designing systematic strategies and writing research publications.
• Gain knowledge of the relevant global financial products and model’s developed by firm’s Quant Strategies
• Building upon on the existing infrastructure to implement new models as well as maintain the existing infrastructure.
• Answering clients requests, which range from simple data requests to designing and implementing bespoke models
• Work closely with sales, traders and structurer’s to enable new trades to be executed.
• Helping senior management in London to prepare pitches for internal Investment committees, management packs.
• Help with the coordination of regulation related work.

Requirements:

• Pursing Graduation / MBA
