As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing automation campaigns for global and local teams using platforms like Pardot/Salesforce. Your role will include design, quality assurance, execution, maintenance, and reporting for marketing automation programs. If you have experience with Marketo or other platforms, that is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Marketing Automation team in delivering the Global Marketing Automation Strategy
- Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns and workflows for lead nurturing, email marketing, and promotional activities
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness metrics of programs managed in Pardot and related digital applications, focusing on data quality and system performance
- Conduct A/B Tests on various elements in the marketing mix such as email templates, landing pages, and forms
- Troubleshoot marketing automation and CRM issues promptly and thoroughly
- Collaborate with central and country marketing teams to ensure campaign quality, compliance, database cleanliness, and conversion rates
- Educate marketing and sales users on the correct use of platforms by documenting processes, creating templates, providing training, and developing best practices for lead generation and campaign management
- Develop email templates, forms, landing pages, reporting, dashboards, etc., for use by central and local marketing teams
- Enhance awareness and capabilities of marketing and sales teams in Salesforce and marketing automation best practices
- Document strategic CRM and marketing automation best practices
- Implement tailored marketing automation programs to achieve strategic and portfolio objectives

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot or other marketing automation systems, and Salesforce or any other sales force automation
- Experience in implementing and monitoring automation campaigns
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Understanding of various funnel acceleration systems
- Proficiency in English
