Role Overview:
As a Finance Manager at Corpay, your main responsibility will be to support the Director in ensuring the integrity of finances through proper management control, timely financial reporting, and compliance with third party regulations. You will be expected to maintain robust financial controls and processes, provide leadership to direct reports, and ensure professional customer service and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain robust financial controls and processes, including company provisions and management of exposure/risk process
- Provide leadership and management to direct reports to facilitate achievement of business goals
- Lead the team in ensuring professional customer service and compliance with statutory requirements and applicable accounting standards
- Interface with internal departments to secure buy-in to and achievement of business objectives
- Pro-actively identify policy and process improvements and liaise with internal and external third parties as required

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong knowledge of IAS and UK GAAP
- Previous experience in financial management and reporting
- Leadership and team management skills
