The Opportunity: The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the goto-

market strategy for this landmark initiative. You will be the brand's chief storyteller and

architect of its launch in India, responsible for translating a rich, 80-year global heritage

into a narrative that captivates the modern Indian consumer.

This is not a typical marketing role. You will be a founding member of a new business unit,

blending the agility of a startup with the resources of a global powerhouse. You will build

the brand from the ground up, from defining its digital voice to creating unforgettable

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be the central pillar of our brand launch, owning the 360-

degree marketing strategy. Your key role is to create desire, build community, and drive

growth.

  • Brand Strategy & Go-to-Market: Develop and execute the comprehensive launch

  • strategy, including brand positioning, consumer segmentation, and budget allocation

    to achieve aggressive growth targets.

  • Digital & Social Media Leadership: Own the brand’s digital ecosystem, with a

  • primary focus on building a powerful, aspirational presence on Instagram. Develop a

    content strategy that is editorial, trend-led, and highly engaging.

  • PR & Influencer Marketing: Cultivate relationships with key media, editors, and a

  • curated network of influencers (fashion, beauty, lifestyle) to build brand credibility and

    cultural relevance. Drive the narrative that positions us as India's new fashion jewelry

    authority.

  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of seasonal product "drops"

  • aligned with the global fashion calendar, creating urgency and driving repeat purchases

    through integrated campaigns.

  • Consumer Experience: Obsess over the customer journey, from the "unboxing

  • experience" to in-store activations. Ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand's

    premium, Parisian-inspired DNA.

  • Performance Marketing: Oversee paid media strategies (social, search, display) to

  • drive traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition, while maintaining a strong brandfirst

    approach.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our design, product, and sales

  • teams to ensure the brand's story is consistently told across all channels.

    Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

    We are looking for a candidate who lives and breathes fashion and culture, with a proven

    track record of building buzzworthy brands.

  • Experience: 5-8 years of progressive marketing communications (MarCom) experience

  • in fashion, cosmetics, beauty, or premium consumer lifestyle brands.

  • Proven Launcher: You have a demonstrable track record of successfully launching new

  • brands or major product lines in the Indian market.

  • Digital Native: You are an expert in Instagram-first brand building, content creation,

  • and influencer marketing. You know how to create a feed that people want to follow.

  • Master Storyteller: You can craft compelling narratives that connect with consumers

  • on an emotional level. You have an exceptional eye for visual aesthetics and a strong

    point of view on what makes a brand cool.

  • Strategic & Scrappy: You can think big-picture and develop a long-term strategy, but

  • you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and execute with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Data-Informed: You use data and consumer insights to make smart decisions but trust

  • your creative instincts to build the brand.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing,

  • Communications, or a related field.
