About the Role

AI Academia is looking for experienced Generative AI & Agentic AI professionals to mentor college students through hands-on, industry-focused training. This role involves delivering offline sessions, guiding real-world AI projects, and helping students build practical, job-ready AI skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person Generative AI & Agentic AI training sessions at partner colleges
• Teach prompt engineering, AI agents, automation workflows, and applied AI use cases
• Guide students through hands-on projects and capstone implementations
• Provide mentorship and technical support to learners
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support curriculum delivery and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and automation workflows
• Comfortable teaching and mentoring college students
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience building real-world AI applications is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience
• Passion for education and student development
