You will collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to design, build, and scale innovative AI applications that address real-world business challenges.

Your work will directly impact our clients by enabling them to automate tasks, personalize customer experiences, and gain deeper insights from their data.Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end GenAI solutions on AWS, utilizing services like AWS Bedrock, Lambda, and other relevant AWS AI/ML offerings.- Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance the accuracy and relevance of GenAI models.- Build and deploy scalable and reliable machine learning models using Python and relevant ML/DL frameworks.- Collaborate with data scientists to refine model performance through data analysis, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.- Create robust data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and storage, ensuring data quality and accessibility.- Develop data models and visualizations to communicate insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making for clients.- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the stability and performance of deployed AI solutions.- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for GenAI development within the organization.Required Skillset : - Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and GenAI solutions using Python and AWS services.- Proven expertise in data modeling, data visualization, and building robust data pipelines.- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and natural language processing (NLP).- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and other AWS AI/ML services.- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.- 5-12 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering and data science.
