As a Sales Executive for the general trade in your respective territory, your role will involve generating business through the right channels and fostering teamwork to meet set goals and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate secondary sales by ensuring best in shop visibility and availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships in the trade, providing value addition to customers and consumers.
- Increase distribution coverage and focus on merchandising.
- Ensure proper coverage of outlets within the assigned area to the distributor.
- Manage distributors salesmen effectively.
- Maintain FIFO in distributors warehouse and outlets.
- Identify salient outlets for the products and monitor high volume, image-driven outlets.
- Negotiate with customers and address operational issues promptly.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and customers.
- Register and follow up on consumer complaints.
- Execute sales budget and forecasting activities effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or PGDM/MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Food or Beverage industry.
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
