• Provide comprehensive medical care to OPD & IPD patients.
• Diagnose, treat & monitor patients with medical illnesses.
• Handle medical emergencies and stabilize critical patients.
• Coordinate referrals and consultations with other specialties.
• Supervise junior residents, interns & nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation & discharge summaries.
• Participate in ward rounds, audits & academic activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols & NABH standards.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis & treatment plans.
• Participate in research, CMEs & quality improvement initiatives
