Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement logistics solutions (warehouse, transportation, etc.) aligned with company goals.
• Use Oracle and other systems for scalable, reliable logistics operations.
• Incorporate automation and ensure compliance with regulations (cGMP/FDA).
• Recommend new solutions based on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Plan and schedule inbound/outbound operations to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and other regulatory standards.
• Process change controls, deviations, and CAPAs for compliance.
• Mentor and lead logistics teams, acting as backup to VP of Logistics.
• Manage global projects and act as subject matter expert (SME).
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies.
• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Develop continuous improvement strategies using KPIs.
• Strong experience with logistics solutions, including Oracle ERP.
• Expertise in working within regulated environments (e.g., cGMP/FDA).
• Lead and manage teams with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Manage compliance and automation in logistics processes.
• Proven experience in global, cross-functional project management.
• Ability to solve complex logistics challenges with analytical thinking.
• Preferred certifications in Oracle ERP, Logistics Management, or Project Management.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and maintain compliance.
• Travel may be required for global projects.
