Meritto powers the enrollment infrastructure for institutions, handling billions of student journeys, millions of leads, payments, integrations, and an emerging AI-native product line. As we scale rapidly and expand our AI-driven products globally, we are hiring a GM – Product Marketing own the narrative for all our product lines; each at a different growth stage, each fighting for a different buyer. You'll define positioning, drive GTM, build Sales enablement, and create the briefing discipline that connects PMM's strategy to Brand and Performance execution.

The goal is simple - you will define what Meritto means to the market and build the team and infrastructure to make that stick. This role combines strategy, execution, and people leadership. You will lead a small but high-impact product marketing team while personally driving key initiatives.

What will you own

1. Positioning & Messaging

Every product line needs a sharp, differentiated story. You'll define the messaging architecture across our products: from the top-level narrative to the feature-level proof points Sales uses in every conversation.
  • Own positioning, messaging hierarchy, and value proposition for our products
  • Build messaging frameworks that are actually used, and not decks that gather dust
  • Define and refresh ICPs and customer personas in close partnership with Sales
  • Drive customer insight programs including surveys, interviews, NPS analysis, and usage data
  • Track competitor positioning, messaging, pricing, and product moves on a regular cadence
  • Translate positioning into channel-level campaign briefs for Brand and Performance Marketing

  • 2. GTM Strategy

Mio AI is entering a competitive, fast-moving category. Collexo is deepening its platform play. Meritto is expanding geographies. You'll lead GTM for every major launch, ensuring Sales is armed, the market is ready, and the story lands consistently from first impression to closed deal.
  • Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for product launches and major feature releases
  • Build launch playbooks that Sales, Brand, and Performance can execute without hand-holding
  • Partner with Product to influence the roadmap based on market and competitive insight
  • Define pricing and packaging inputs in partnership with Product and business leadership

  • 3. Sales Enablement

Our Sales team is fast-moving, and operates across multiple verticals and geographies. You'll build the enablement infrastructure that makes every rep more effective, from battlecards that actually get used to case studies that close deals.
  • Develop and maintain battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive comparison tools
  • Create customer case studies and ROI narratives that resonate with institutional decision-makers
  • Run Sales enablement sessions to ensure the team internalises and can articulate positioning fluently
  • Build feedback loops with Sales to continually sharpen messaging based on what's working in the field

  • 4. Marketing Leadership and Velocity

Create a high-ownership, high-accountability culture as you build, lead, and mentor the product marketing team.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop PMMs for different business units
  • Build the operating cadence, briefing templates, and launch frameworks that scale with the team
  • Mentor PMMs into a strong senior resources with full ownership of their product line
  • Create a culture where great positioning is a standard, not an exception

  • What we are looking for

    You must have:
  • 7-10 years in Product Marketing, with at least 5 of those in a B2B SaaS company or technology-led businesses
  • Proven experience hiring and leading a PMM team. You've built something, not just maintained it
  • A track record of writing positioning frameworks that Sales actually internalises and uses in conversations
  • Experience translating strategy into channel-level campaign briefs that Brand and Performance execute without interpretation
  • Strong Sales partnership instincts: you've been in sales calls, built the battlecard, run the enablement session
  • The ability to manage four product lines simultaneously without losing depth on any one
  • Comfort operating in an environment where you build the process rather than inherit it

  • You'll Stand Out If You Have:
  • Led GTM for an AI or emerging-tech product
  • Multi-geography marketing experience (India plus international)
  • Built a PMM function from scratch, not just scaled an existing one
  • A clear, confident point of view on what great product marketing looks like and the ability to defend it
