Role Overview:
As a General Manager at Uddhava Logistics Pvt Limited, your role involves overseeing and leading the 3PL supply chain operations with a particular focus on Part Truck Load (PTL) transportation. - Strengthen relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 automotive suppliers.
- Oversee end-to-end PTL consignment operations including:
- Route planning & optimization
- Hub & spoke network management
- Load planning and consolidation
- TAT adherence and SLA management
- Implement cost optimization and freight efficiency initiatives.
- Manage time-sensitive automotive shipments (Just-In-Time / Just-In-Sequence models).
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality and safety standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Commercial).
- Build high-performance teams across regions.
- Collaborate with sales for key initiatives.

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics industry with a strong exposure to Part Truck Load (PTL) operations.
- Prior experience in handling automotive supply chain operations is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and business leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel across South India for business requirements.
