Role Description

My Value Trip is looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven "General Manager – Non-Air Division" to lead, strengthen, and scale our complete Non-Air business.

This is a leadership role with full operational and profitability ownership.

🔹 Complete oversight of all Non-Air verticals – Hotels, Holidays (Domestic & International), Visa, Insurance, Transfers, Activities, Land Packages, etc.

🔹 End-to-end operational control – Day-to-day performance, service quality, TAT, and team productivity

🔹 Strategic vertical management – Adding, restructuring, or discontinuing verticals based on performance and numbers

🔹 Vendor contracting & high-level negotiations with DMCs, aggregators, and global suppliers

🔹 Full P&L responsibility – Revenue, margins, cost control, and growth strategy

🔹 Driving coordination between B2B and B2C teams

🔹 Building scalable systems, SOPs, and performance frameworks

Ideal Candidate Profile

🔹 8–12+ years in the Travel Industry (Non-Air domain mandatory)

🔹 Strong experience in contracting and commercial negotiations

🔹 Proven team leadership experience

🔹 Strong financial understanding with margin focus

🔹 Strategic thinker with operational depth
