General Manager – Finance

We are hiring a Finance Manager / GM – Finance for a policy research and advisory organization operating as a Section 8 (Not-for-Profit) institution. The role will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance, audits, and financial planning while supporting the organization’s operational and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including ledger review, reconciliations, and financial reporting


• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements


• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory regulations


• Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors for audit processes


• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting for management decision making


• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and financial processes


• Manage vendor payments, reimbursements, and financial documentation


• Work closely with leadership teams to provide financial insights and reporting

Qualification:-
