Role Overview:

This role involves working on Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Document AI, OCR, and Agentic AI use cases. The engineer will design, test, evaluate and integrate AI models into workflow automation scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize GenAI, Document AI, OCR, and Agentic AI based solutions.
• Design structured and optimized prompts for LLMs.
• Build and evaluate use cases involving intelligent automation.
• Implement techniques such as RAG and CoT to improve AI reasoning.
• Analyze model performance and accuracy; document insights and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to integrate AI components into production systems.
• Stay updated with latest advancements in LLMs, Agentic Frameworks, and AI research.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI / GenAI / NLP / ML / OCR / Document AI.
• Strong understanding of LLM architecture & prompt design.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, MCP servers, or similar orchestration tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to research, learn and adapt quickly.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
