- Develop detailed and production-ready tech packs.
- Create and refine patterns for the final selected designs, whether physical or digital.
- Transform design concepts into manufacturable garments.
- Assist during fittings, measurements, and sample corrections.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors while following guidance.
- Support silhouette development and construction decisions.
- Contribute to refining designs for the launch collections.

Qualifications Required:
- Ideal for students or fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation.
- Must possess a solid understanding of garment construction and pattern making.
- Basic to intermediate experience in tech packs and measurement systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CAD, and CLO 3D is mandatory.
- Strong interest in streetwear, construction-led design, and production.
