Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Gaming professional at BGMI Gamer.

The role involves participating in gaming events, providing excellent customer service to players, analyzing gameplay strategies, and collaborating effectively with team members.

The professional must maintain an in-depth understanding of eSports trends and engage with the gaming community to create enriching experiences.
Qualifications
Proficient in Gaming and eSports, with knowledge of competitive gaming platforms and strategies
Strong Analytical Skills to assess game performances and strategize effectively
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teammates, provide feedback, and engage with the community
Experience in Customer Service to provide support and address player queries
Passion for gaming and staying updated on industry trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Any professional gaming certifications or tournament experience would be a plus
