Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and responsible staff to manage daily operations in our Game Zone. The candidate should ensure customers have a fun, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience while maintaining the gaming equipment and assisting visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with game setup and provide guidance on how to play games.

Monitor gaming machines and ensure they are working properly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game zone area.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Manage game tokens, cards, or ticket systems.

Report technical issues or maintenance requirements to management.

Ensure safety rules and gaming policies are followed.

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience working in a Game Zone/ Entertainment center .

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Staff Management: Basic team coordination and staff management skills.

Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and customer interaction skills.

Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.

Ability to handle busy environments and multitask.

Basic knowledge of gaming machines or amusement equipment is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Problem-solving ability for minor technical issues.

Cash handling or POS system experience.

Ability to create a positive and fun atmosphere for customers.
