The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. It would also be the supervisor's responsibility to make production estimates for products and maintain a material inventory and man hour document.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines for production
• Ensure quality of the products is maintained during production
• Ensure the design get executed according to the dockets and give feedback to the design team as when required
• Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
• Track man-hours for maintain a material and product inventory
• Make production estimates
• Should be proactive in taking responsibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Excel
• 3+ year supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills
