Job Title: Functional Consultant – FSCM & Student Financials

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Consultant to support and work on FSCM modules (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) along with Student Financials. The candidate will assist in functional support, requirement analysis, system configuration, and coordination with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and maintenance of the modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on FSCM modules including Purchasing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Support Student Financials module activities such as fee setup, billing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting issues related to FSCM and Student Financials modules.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Support users in day-to-day operational queries and provide functional guidance.
• Prepare documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Participate in system testing, UAT support, and implementation activities.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably PeopleSoft or similar ERP).
• Understanding of financial modules such as Purchasing, AP, AR, and GL.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com, M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP Financial modules.
• Familiarity with Student Financials processes in ERP systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
