We are looking for a skilled and experienced Video Editor with a strong portfolio in long-form YouTube video editing and short-form content (Reels & Shorts).

This role is for someone who understands professional editing principles, not just template-based editing. The ideal candidate has a keen visual sense, strong storytelling ability and deep understanding of audio-visual synchronisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing, storytelling and engagement.
- Create short-form vertical videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Handle sound design, music syncing, transitions, colour grading and visual polish.
- Ensure proper audio synchronisation, pacing and visual continuity.
- Work with raw footage to produce high-quality final outputs ready for publishing.
- Maintain consistent visual style and brand tone across videos.

Required Skills & Software Experience

Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on professional experience using one or more of the following tools:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Final Cut Pro
- Wondershare Filmora

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
- Solid experience with YouTube long-form editing and short-form content
- A digital portfolio or showreel is mandatory
- Ability to think creatively and edit beyond pre-made templates
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing and sound synchronisation
- Attention to detail and a keen visual eye

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Full-time Work From Home

This is a strict full-time role. Candidates must be fully committed during working hours.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
