We are looking for a creative, fast, and retention-focused video editor who understands modern social media algorithms.
Your Responsibilities
Long-Form (YouTube)

• Edit 8-15 minute tech/unboxing videos
• Create strong 10-20 sec hook
• Add B-roll, zoom cuts, and punch-ins
• Animated text overlays (Specs, Price, Highlights)
• Smooth transitions & sound effects
• Basic color grading & audio cleaning
Short-Form (Reels / Shorts / FB)

• Convert long videos into viral vertical clips
• Add subtitles (Hindi/Hinglish)
• Add dynamic captions & trending effects
• Fast pacing for high retention
• Create 5-10 shorts per week
Required Skills

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci
• Basic After Effects (Text Animation)
• Experience in social media editing
• Strong sense of pacing & retention
• Fast delivery (24-48 hours turnaround)
• Reliable internet & system
Bonus Skills

• Thumbnail designing
• AI tools knowledge (CapCut AI, Descript, etc.)
• Understanding of Indian tech audience
• Knowledge of YouTube retention strategy
Output Expectation

• 20-25 long videos/month

Compensation Structure
Base Salary: 22k - 30k
Performance Bonus available after 3 months
