Social Media Executive Job type: Full-time

The Social Media Executive will manage and execute digital and on-ground marketing initiatives aligned with brand positioning, with a strong focus on social media presence, content, engagement, and campaign execution while ensuring consistent brand communication across platforms.

Support implementation of marketing strategies while ensuring brand consistency across all online and offline platforms
Manage social media channels, content calendars, promotions, and audience engagement
Assist with website content updates and basic SEO activities
Plan and execute seasonal promotions, festivals, and integrated marketing campaigns
Create compelling marketing content for rooms, F&B, weddings, events, and curated experiences
Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, site visits, and familiarization tours
Coordinate with designers, agencies, PR teams, influencers, and external partners
Assist in partnerships, media coverage, exhibitions, and on-ground marketing initiatives
Ensure effective management of property branding, signage, guest feedback, and testimonials

Proven experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, website CMS, and SEO
Creative thinking with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling
Must have 1-2 years of experience.
Analytical mindset to track performance and optimize content
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferred
