We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 'Sales Executive' to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B software sales. As a 'Sales Executive,' you will be responsible for direct sales of HousingERP and our allied products to prospective clients, playing a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Identify and research potential clients, including housing societies, property management firms, and real estate developers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Sales & Client Engagement:
Conduct product presentations and demos via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about pricing, features, and implementation.
Sales Conversion:
Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

Experience with property management software or ERP systems.
Established network in the real estate or property management sector.
Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
