Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

• We’d like to share the internship evaluation and compensation structure. If your resume is shortlisted, you’ll attend Technical + HR interviews. Upon clearing both, a 5–10day mutual evaluation period will follow, allowing both you and Koushini Software to assess alignment.

If both parties agree to proceed after this period, a 12-month internship agreement will be signed, which includes a penalty clause of ₹20,000 in case of early termination or breach of agreement.

The internship structure is as follows:

First 6 Months (Training): No fixed salary; up to ₹2,000/month for travel and internet.
Next 6 Months: ₹5K–₹8K/month stipend based on performance.
After 12 Months: Based on your performance, you may be offered a permanent role with 50%–100% salary hike or be released.
