Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Java technologies, modern front-end frameworks, and distributed systems, along with experience in building scalable and high-performance applications.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Core Java/J2EE fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Angular 8
• Experience in Positive Train Control (PTC) domain
• Knowledge of messaging protocols/events used in PTC systems (real-time train data, alerts, telemetry, etc.)
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
• Experience with Apache Spark
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Messaging Services such as Kafka and TIBCO JMS

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Solace Middleware Platform
• Exposure to UPS ESB and EEB integrations

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop responsive front-end components using Angular
• Implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Work with messaging systems and event-driven architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

• Very strong in Core Java / J2EE fundamentals
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful services
• Solid experience with Microservices, ESB, EEB, and JMS
• Hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL 8), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Oracle database skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to deliver projects on schedule
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions with first-time-right approach and zero production defects
