The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Java, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js/Java for backend development. • Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code following best coding standards and best practices. • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where required. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, and sprint planning. • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Ensure security, data protection, and performance standards are maintained across applications. Technical Skills Required:Node.js / React / Java are mandate. • Strong hands-on experience in Node.js for server-side development. • Solid experience in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle. • Good working knowledge of Java for backend services and application logic. • Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications. • Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and writing optimized queries. • Familiarity with version control systems like Git. • Knowledge of microservices architecture is an added advantage. • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
