Job Description: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist :

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analystwith deep expertise in Netcore Cloud or MoEngage or CleverTap , optimize, and scale our customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and automation, and will directly impact user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Netcore Platform Ownership
  • End-to-end management of Netcore (CE / Smartech)platform
  • Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns(Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp)
  • Design and deploy customer journeys, drip campaigns, and lifecycle flows
  • Implement event tracking, user segmentation, and personalization logic

  • 2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan and execute campaigns across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation funnels
  • Own campaign calendar aligned with business goals (rides, bookings, app installs, etc.)
  • Optimize messaging, timing, and channels for maximum conversion

  • 3. Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze campaign performance: CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, retention cohorts
  • Build dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness
  • Generate actionable insights to improve ROI and reduce churn

  • 4. Segmentation & Personalization
  • Create behavioral and transactional user segments
  • Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies
  • Drive hyper-targeted campaigns based on user lifecycle stage

  • 5. A/B Testing & Optimization
  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns
  • Continuously optimize creatives, copy, and funnels
  • Improve conversion rates through data-backed experimentation

  • 6. SMartech & Integrations
  • Work closely with tech teams to ensure SDK/event integration with apps/web
  • Validate event flows, user attributes, and campaign triggers
  • Integrate Netcore with CRM, payment systems, and internal tools

  • Key Metrics You Will Own
  • Campaign ROI
  • Conversion rates (booking / install / repeat usage)
  • Customer retention & churn
  • Engagement rates (open, click, session frequency)
  • Revenue per user / cohort performance

  • RequirementsMust-Have
  • 2–5 years experience in marketing analytics / lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on expertise in Netcore (non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of customer journey automation
  • Experience with mobile apps (preferred: mobility, travel, or e-commerce)
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL preferred)

  • Good-to-Have
  • Experience with tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage (for benchmarking)
  • Understanding of attribution models and performance marketing
  • Familiarity with APIs, event tracking, and Martech stack integrations
