We're hiring a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator to support the execution of Babaclick's international fulfilment operations, working closely with our UK warehouse team and internal sourcing teams.
This role sits at the intersection of warehouse execution, logistics coordination, and cross-border fulfilment operations, ensuring that orders are processed, packed, labelled, and dispatched accurately and on time.
This role is execution-heavy and process-driven. It requires close coordination with international teams and strict adherence to operational workflows.
It is best suited for candidates who are comfortable working in structured operational environments where accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail are critical.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with the UK warehouse team in real time to ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, labelled, and dispatched
- Manage order execution across Babaclick's cross-border fulfilment lanes (UK, US, EU)
- Generate and coordinate shipping labels and dispatch documentation through internal fulfilment systems
- Track shipments end-to-end and help resolve delivery exceptions, delays, or operational issues
- Maintain accurate shipment trackers, operational logs, and fulfilment documentation
- Communicate clearly with international teams and warehouse partners to ensure smooth order execution
- Ensure adherence to fulfilment SOPs and flag recurring issues or process gaps
- Support operational coordination between Procurement, Sourcing, and Warehouse teams
What We're Looking For
- Comfort working with international teams and time-zone-driven operations
- Exceptional conversational English - transparent, confident, professional communication is non-negotiable
- Strong Google Sheets capability (tested during hiring)
- Highly detail-oriented, organised, and process-driven
- Ability to stay calm and structured in fast-moving operational environments
- Fast learner with a strong ownership mindset
- Gurgaon-based or able to commute reliably (on-site role only)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST Monday-Friday
(Alternate Saturdays may be required based on operational load)
