Fulfillment Management is part of the DELIVERY MANAGEMENT process which contributes to the ORDER-TO-DELIVERY process group within the EXPERIENCE VALUE IF WE ENGAGE macro process by delivering the license key and software corresponding to the client’s entitlement taking into account 3DS business and legal rules. Within the Sales Business Administration organization, you will support the Fulfillment Management Manager in their daily responsibilities of providing business support to DS activities. You will also contribute to the transformation projects of the function, which accompany the Group’s organic growth and acquisitions.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

Your role consists of ensuring compliance with the Group’s policies and procedures through the analysis and audit of requests related to key generation, media, or cloud access. You will also ensure the quality and consistency of these processes in alignment with the company's strategic guidelines. Additionally, you could be responsible for cross-functional tasks and projects.

License Key Management
  • Analyze, control and approve license keys (on premise and Cloud) in DSx.Client Order and keys activation & delivery tools as per agreement and per 3DS policies and rules as established by Business Administration
  • Manage cloud environment and other services accesses deployment and modifications.
  • Manage Non-Technical Service Request (NTSRs) by prioritizing and dispatching NTSRs, analyzing requests through issue reproduction, and following up issue escalation until the resolution delivery.
  • Act as an expert on license keys (on premise and Cloud) processes and DSx.Client Care & keys activation and delivery tool
  • Conduct internal & external audits on Fulfillment Management activity
  • Monitor and scale Fulfillment Management activities by delegating to Shared Service Centers via training & scope increase
  • Increase transactions automation leveraging new technologies such as RPA and AI.
  • Define and transform Fulfillment Management Process and Tools through Define (IDEAs) and process & policies improvement and simplification.
  • Contribute to related tool transformation through testing (UATs)
  • Capitalize and share Knowledge and Know How, train and Support individually & collectively Sales Transaction Support and Partners.

  • Software Distribution Services
  • Promote electronic download as an alternative to physical delivery and support customer use of the download services
  • Analyze, approve and process media and tactical requests in DSx.Client Order and media delivery tools as per agreement and per 3DS policies and rules as established by Business Administration departments
  • Act as an expert on media and tactical media processes and DSx.Client Care & media delivery tool
  • Media Operation Centers (MOC):
  • Supervise production of media/physical packaging when needed and packing list upon request
  • Manage inventory: create CDs/DVDs and other physical items such as dongles (GEOVIA), keep track of use
  • Define and execute budget for orderable items (boxes, labels, …) and resources
  • Manage relationship with distribution partner(s) where applicable
  • Manage relationship with shipping companies (Fedex, UPS, ...)
  • Support Customers requests related to shipment and media ordering processes, up to Level 2 aligned with 3DS SLA Policy

  • Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School with academic exposure to macroeconomics, microeconomics, and IT.
  • 2–5 years of experience (including internships/apprenticeships) in new technologies, international trade, business/technical support, or project management roles.
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP/CRM systems and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Keen interest in technical challenges, processes, and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, responsibility, autonomy, and openness, while adhering to organizational governance and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, particularly in technical contexts.
  • Ability to write, summarize, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Possesses a strong business support and customer service mindset.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
