Key Responsibilities and Skills
  • Operational Oversight: Managing daily hotel functions, including check-ins, room cleanliness, and maintenance, often through property walkthroughs.
  • Staff Coordination: Managing scheduling, training, and performance of hotel staff.
  • Guest Experience: Resolving complaints, handling emergencies, and maintaining high service standards.
  • Financial Control: Managing budgets, controlling costs (inventory, linens, food), and overseeing POS systems.
  • Strategic Support: Implementing GM initiatives, analyzing guest feedback, and improving efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
