Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise front desk staff, including receptionists and night audit personnel, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out procedures and outstanding guest service.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and prompt assistance to guests and visitors.
  • Oversee guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate night audit activities, verifying financial transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy in nightly operations.
  • Implement hotel management procedures related to reservations, billing, and guest requests to streamline processes and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, hospitality protocols, and front desk presentation to reflect the hotel’s brand image.
  • Support team development through training on hospitality management best practices, customer service excellence, and multilingual communication skills when applicable.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment.
  • Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience with night audit procedures and guest services is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to team supervision and guest relations.
