**Job Summary**: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Front Office and Back Office Executive to join our team.
  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • *Front Office Duties**:

  • - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    - Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
    - Handle Preliminary Admission Enquires and Information and Pass on to Concerned Counsellors.
  • *Back Office Duties**:

  • - Collect Course Payment from Students and complete the enrollment process, Issue Receipts and make entry into the system.
    - Do Regular Payment Follow-ups for all outstanding dues.
    - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company database.
    - Assist students in, documents, issue ID cards, Collect Fees, Issue Receipts etc.
    - Should be able to assist such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
    - Maintain Contacts of all the Important Personals in the organization.
    - Handle Petty Cash, Merchandises, and Stationary.
    - Provide administrative support to Team as and when needed.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Bachelors (preferred) minimum of 1 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.

    Proficiency in computer. Internet and E-Mail Handling.

    Females Only Preferred.
