Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Good experience in React JS
• Responsive and mobile-first web design
• Experience in developing:
• Corporate websites
• Admin dashboards
• Business process applications
• Ability to implement:
• Charts & Graphs (e.g., dashboards, analytics panels)
• Complex UI/UX designs
• Cross-browser compatibility handling
• Clean, structured, maintainable code writing

AI Capabilities (Added Advantage)

• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI coding assistants
• Ability to convert design requirements into front-end code using AI-assisted workflows
• Optimizing UI development speed with AI-powered tools
• Using AI for debugging, refactoring, performance improvements, and component generation
• Ability to integrate AI-generated logic responsibly and efficiently into production-ready code

Added Advantages

• Experience in API integration (REST APIs)
• Understanding of backend workflows
• Full Stack development knowledge

UI Design (Added Advantage)

• Experience with Figma / Adobe XD
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other graphic design tools
• Ability to design UI screens, wireframes, and prototypes
• Understanding of color theory, typography, layout design principles
• Capability to convert design concepts into pixel-perfect responsive interfaces
• Experience in creating modern dashboards and business application UI
