PART TIME (3.00 PM TO 8.00 PM)

Part-Time Receptionist / Coordinator

Work Hours: 4.5 to 5.5 hours per day

Location: Balegere Road, Varthur

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist / Coordinator to manage front desk activities, handle customer communication, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and customers professionally.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or coordination.

Handle customer queries and provide basic information about services.

Manage appointments, schedules, and basic coordination tasks.

Maintain records, customer details, and data entry.

Use computers, internet, email, and basic office software.

Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative work.

Requirements

Must have :

Good spoken communication skills (English + local language preferred).

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Basic knowledge of computers, internet, email, and MS Office/Google tools etc.

Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.

Organized and responsible with good time management.

Previous receptionist / front desk / coordinator experience is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
