Job Title: Front Desk + Graphic Designer

Role Summary
We are seeking a multi-skilled individual who will serve as both the front desk receptionist and a graphic designer. This unique role involves greeting visitors, managing front-office administrative tasks, and creating high-quality visual materials that align with our brand. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanour, and about 1.5‑2 years of experience in graphic design.
Roles and Responsibility:
Front Desk Tasks:
Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional approach.
Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when needed.
Manage mail, deliveries, and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Help with appointment scheduling and coordinating meeting room bookings.
Provide light administrative support: data entry, scanning, filing, etc.

Design & Visual Content Tasks
Create visual assets for both print and digital media - flyers, brochures, social graphics, banners, etc.
Work within brand guidelines to deliver consistent design - Colours, typography, layout.
Edit images, set up files for print (resolution, bleed, formats), and ensure quality output.
Manage multiple design tasks from concept through final delivery, making revisions as needed.
Keep an organized library of past design work, templates, and design assets.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Around 1 to 2 years.
Education: Graduate
Design Skills: Comfortable using Canva, and ideally familiar with other tools
Communication & Professionalism: ly, clear communicator; presentable and courteous in a front‑office setting.
Organized, Flexible, Responsive: Able to handle shifting priorities between reception duties and design projects.
