Customer Support Executive
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our team in Malad, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally at the first instance.
• Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education:
• Graduates (Any stream) – Freshers are welcome!
• Undergraduates – Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO process required.
• Immediate Joiners required.
• Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment).
• 5-day working week with 2 rotational week-offs.
Work Location: Malad, Mumbai.
Required Skills
• Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Strong active listening, empathy, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Technical: Basic computer proficiency and decent typing speed.
