Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Mumbai for a Freelance US HR & Labour Compliance Trainer. The role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions on U.S. HR and labor compliance topics. Trainers are expected to assist participants in understanding compliance policies, regulations, and best practices while providing expert coaching and addressing any related queries. While some responsibilities will be conducted in-person, the role also offers the flexibility to work remotely as required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US Human Resources (HR) practices and U.S. labor compliance
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to effectively engage in Training and Coaching professionals with diverse educational backgrounds
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Law, or related fields is preferred
• Experience working in HR compliance, labor regulations, or similar domains is a plus
