Job description: About the Role:

Perception Minds, an ISO -certified localization company, is expanding its pool of qualified, reliable, and quality-driven freelance linguists for long-term collaboration in major Indian languages.

We Are Looking For:
Freelancers with experience in English > Hindi / Bengali / Tamil / Telugu / Marathi / Kannada / Malayalam / Odia / Gujarati / Assamese / Urdu / Punjabi (and vice versa) for:
UI/UX, app & website localization
Legal, healthcare, or corporate content
MTPE & LQA tasks
Subtitling
Transcreation
Review & quality assessment (ISO-compliant)
Mandatory Requirements:
Native speaker of the target language(s)
Excellent English comprehension, speaking, and writing skills
Minimum 2 years’ professional translation/localization experience
Fluent in CAT tools (Trados, Memsource, or equivalent)
Daily availability and timely communication
Zoom/Google Meet/Teams video verification call (face visible) is mandatory during onboarding

Strong commitment to accuracy, deadline, and confidentiality
