We are looking for an experienced Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist who can generate high-quality leads for the medical/healthcare industry using digital advertising and marketing strategies. The candidate should also have hands-on experience in WhatsApp marketing and lead nurturing to convert inquiries into potential patients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating successful lead generation campaigns and WhatsApp marketing strategies, especially for healthcare or service-based businesses.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Generate high-quality leads for medical services such as treatments, consultations, or health packages.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better CPL (Cost Per Lead).
• Create and test different ad creatives, audiences, and landing page strategies.

Lead Management & WhatsApp Marketing

• Manage incoming leads and implement WhatsApp marketing strategies.
• Create automated or manual WhatsApp follow-up sequences to engage and nurture leads.
• Improve lead-to-conversion rates through effective communication and follow-ups.

Strategy & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Provide weekly or campaign performance reports.
• Suggest improvements to increase lead quality and conversions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Experience running campaigns for healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or medical services is preferred.
• Strong experience in WhatsApp marketing and lead nurturing.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and quality leads.

Requirements

• Candidate must be based in Hyderabad.
• Should be available to attend in-person meetings in Hyderabad when required.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing previous performance marketing campaigns and results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies for service-based businesses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing.
• Experience with CRM systems and WhatsApp automation tools.
• Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
