ThreatXIntel is seeking an experienced SAP PP-PI Business Analyst with strong MES integration experience to support a long-term engagement with global manufacturing teams.

The consultant will act as a functional liaison between manufacturing operations, quality teams, IT, and integration teams, ensuring seamless alignment between SAP PP-PI and MES systems, ideally PAS-X.

This role requires a strong understanding of process manufacturing, SAP PP-PI functionality, and MES integration data flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional bridge between manufacturing, quality, and IT teams
• Support and optimize SAP PP-PI processes in process manufacturing environments
• Work closely with MES systems (PAS-X preferred) for production execution
• Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Manage integration touchpoints between SAP and MES platforms
• Support manufacturing processes including:
• Process orders
• Phases and confirmations
• Batch management and traceability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions
• Participate in testing, process optimization, and solution validation

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP PP-PI
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with MES integration
• Experience with PAS-X MES platform (preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
• Process orders
• Phases and confirmations
• Batch management
• Traceability
• SAP–MES integration points
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage industries
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery models
