Role Overview

This is a hybrid creative role.

You will handle:

• Graphic design
• Instagram content creation
• Reel editing
• Social media consistency
• Brand-building creatives
• Basic performance support creatives

This is not just “posting daily.”
This is about building authority and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

• Instagram posts & carousels
• Corporate proposals & decks
• Brochures & sales materials
• Event branding (banners, standees, invites)

Video Editing

• Edit high-quality Instagram Reels
• Add captions, hooks, transitions
• Create corporate event highlight videos
• Client testimonial edits
• Time-lapse edits

Must understand retention-based editing.

Social Media Execution

• work on content calendar
• Maintain visual consistency
• Improve engagement through design

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (mandatory)
• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci (mandatory)
• Strong typography sense
• Clean layout style (no clutter design)
• Understanding of Instagram algorithms
• Experience in wedding / corporate events preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines

❌ Meme page creators
❌ Only wedding aesthetic editors
❌ Portfolio with no structure
