Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Freelance US IT Recruiters / BDMs who can either bring clients, work on requirements, or handle end-to-end closures in the US IT staffing domain. This role is ideal for professionals seeking flexibility and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

For BDM (Business Development):
  • Identify and acquire new clients / Tier-1 vendors / implementation partners
  • Generate and share daily requirements with the recruitment team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms
  • Ensure consistent flow of requirements

  • For Recruiters:
  • Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements
  • Work on full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to placement)
  • Use job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Handle tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

  • For Combined Role:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery (client acquisition to placement)
  • Ensure quick submissions and closures
  • Maintain quality pipeline of candidates and clients

  • Requirements:
  • Experience in US IT Staffing (Recruitment and/or Business Development)
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
  • Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
